Manager - Finance (Project Finance) Roles &amp; Responsibility : - Facilitate release of funds based on performance and monitoring of expenditure. - Facilitate convergence with other GOI/ State govt. scheme and availing benefits of State incentives for Processing of MFP. - Build a high quality and high impact finance and investment process for a state cooperative federation. - Execute the complete cycle - deal origination with FIs, credit assessment, and disbursal and post disbursal monitoring and review. - Responsible for financial modeling and analysis of projects, RFP analysis, deal structuring and execution, fundraising including equity finance, financial closure, and advising on tax implications. - Structure and implement innovative deals to add value to the company within the lending norms/priority sector guidelines of RBI. - Innovative deal and transaction structuring. - Overall management of fund and facilitating external audit. - Management of MIS for Project Finance. - Responsible for Project finance, DPR, Project proposals &amp; Public Private partnerships. - Any other related work. Eligibility : - CA, Master's degree, or equivalent, in Finance, or related fields. - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience. - Hands-on experience in originating loans, guarantees and/or equity transactions, managing due diligence, financial modeling, mitigating credit and other risks, negotiating term sheets and finance documentation, and related project finance activities. - Experience in financing and deal structuring for project finance Desirable : - Experience with central/ state agencies, public finance or cooperative. - Candidates from IIMs will be preferred. Base Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Travel : - As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
