SIIC FIRST - Manager - Enterprise Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Promotion of Minor forest produce-based industries duly facilitating incentives under central / state sector schemes.

- Establishment of processing hubs comprising of individual processing units with ownership of enterprising SHG / individuals.

- Entrepreneurship Development Framing of an organizational setup, capacity building for raw material procurement, processing, marketing, and capacity building.

- Identifying branding and marketing channels at the national / state level for the micro-enterprises.

- Facilitating in identifying National & State Institutes focusing on enterprise development.

- Any other related work assigned.

Minimum Eligibility:

- Degree in Engineering/Technology and MBA I PGDM, from reputed National/ International University/ Institute, with focus on Entrepreneurship

- 3 years' experience in the development of Microenterprises, branding & marketing of produce of MSME especially Food Processing industries or Agri based industries.

Desirable :

- Experience in Entrepreneurship Development/ startups/ startup incubators/ SHGs.

- Experience handling state/ central governments projects of manufacturing units in Agri / Food processing.

Base Location: NAVA Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

Travel:

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
