SIIC FIRST - Manager/Deputy/Assistant Manager - Projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation of DPR and support respective execution of projects.

- Facilitating creation / strengthening Self Help Groups and cluster development strengthening/ setting up of testing labs.

- Provide general project management support across projects and activities.

- Liasioning with government agencies for project execution, prospecting, and relation building.

- Support Outreach and other branding activities under different projects and leading a few affiliate tasks.

- Documentation on projects, MIS on organizational performance, and supporting other similar processes.

- Proposal making associated research for various funded projects.

- Designing capacity-building programs at all levels and deliver technical programs accordingly.

- Lead and Support other activities as assigned.

Eligibility:

- Degree in Engineering/ Technology and MBA I PGDM, from reputed National/ International University/ Institute, with focus on Entrepreneurship.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in implementing SFURTI as a part of a Technical Agency or Implementation Agency.

Desirable:

- Experience in startups/ startup incubators.

- Experience handling state/ central government projects and the social sector.

Base Location: NAVA Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

Travel:

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
