SIIC FIRST - Incubation Analyst - AI

Roles & Responsibilities:

Startup Support:

- Work with each portfolio company to build, test and pilot their solutions and acquire customers.

- Support in managing the administration of bringing new committed entrepreneurs into the AI CoE.

- Plan and schedule all activities and sessions for the pre-incubation and incubation program.

- Provide monthly progress reports on start-ups to key officers for prompt decision-making.

- Carry out Industry research for start-ups and spot opportunities.

- Manage communication between start-ups and the unit.

Minimum Eligibility:

- Bachelor's in Technology, Finance, Economics or related field from reputed National/ International University/Institute.

- 3 - 4 years experience in an AI Product Start-up or AI Solutions Company.

- Familiarity with business principles & Practices.

- Understanding of the technology space and lean methodologies.

Desirable:

- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.

- An entrepreneurial & Innovative mindset.

- Organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Extremely Proactive.

- Ability to turn in quality work and work on your own with little supervision.

- Strict adherence to work deadlines.

Base Location: Noida (Uttar Pradesh)

Travel:

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
