SIIC FIRST - Incubation Analyst - AI

Roles & Responsibilities :

Startup Support :

- Analyze complex technical problems from different domains

- Design and supervise implementation of effective AI solution architecture using AI technologies and methods

- Perform functional analysis and provide work estimates

- Manage outreach activities to attract innovators, researchers, and entrepreneurs for incubation/ acceleration

- Support portfolio companies to build, test and pilot their solutions and acquire customers.

- Manage activities and sessions for the pre-incubation and incubation program

- Build and present periodic progress reports and MIS

- Manage communication between start-ups, the team and stakeholders

- Lead and support other activities as assigned

Minimum Eligibility :

- Bachelor's in Engineering/ Technology, or related field from reputed National/ International University/Institute.

- Minimum 3 years- experience in an AI Product Start-up or AI Solutions Company.

- Experience with Python, and R, activity modelling for knowledge capture.

- Experience with designing and developing automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms.

- Ability to think strategically on AI integration into programs, doctrine, and concepts.

- Strong knowledge with business principles & Practices.

- Robust understanding of the technology space and lean methodologies.

Base Location : Noida (Uttar Pradesh)

Travel :

As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
