Someone who can quickly learn the domain and is ready to swim with and against the tide to deliver solutions. What you will do: Work cross-functionally to compile and communicate key insights, identify new metrics, report of insights that helps in decision making and offer recommendations to the leadership and partner with Assoc. Product Managers and Product Managers to define metrics reporting for critical areas and establish prioritization of work. You will drive the customer success by constantly evaluating, communicating and supporting new customer requirements. What you will need: 1. Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences 2. 1-3 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent planning and strategic thinking skills 5. Experience with scrum and agile methodologies 6. Exceptional data analysis skills and experience with data management tools 7. Quick learner and excellent project management skills 8. Outstanding written and verbal communication 9. Preferably someone who is hands-on and has startup experience 10. Good knowledge of SQL, R or SQL 11. Experience of working with large and unstructured data set will be a plus 12. Data analysis and Reporting of Data insights, Automation of daily reports and dashboard designing
