You're fit for this role, if you

- Have any experience working in a Fintech Industry or SaaS platforms.

- Have experience designing for business and end user focused products.

- Are skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work.

- Are an expert in UI, UX & visual design, but skilled in more disciplines across product design.

Should have skills

- Develop high-level and detailed mockups, prototypes to effectively Experience working with various design tools, especially Figma.

- Creative problem solving with a user-minded approach.

- Work with other designers to raise the quality bar and contribute to our design system of components, styles, and interactions.

- Work closely with engineers to build, iterate on, and ship the designs

- Occasionally work on very broadly defined, imaginative concepts, or on narrowly defined, quick deliverables.

- Work together with highly collaborative teams spanning from the design, product, engineering and project.

- Review peer designs and share your work regularly with the design, stakeholders and leadership.

- Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking while also delivering solutions that meet user and business goals.

- Communicate design through story-telling abilities.

- Applying a variety of tools and techniques to showcase your ideas.

Qualifications

- Degree in design, Human-computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be good at user persona, user research, user feedback.

- Work closely with engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.

- Startup experience, a plus.
