Responsibilities: - Completely overseeing the global client list and upselling, cross-selling, reselling for the global clients. - Responsible for building & nurturing relations with clients across geographies & key global client companies. - Develops and maintains long-term relationships with global clients. - Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within global clients. - Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling. - Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and addressing their concerns & complaints. - Makes sure clients receive requested Signzy products and services in a timely fashion. - Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with Signzy products and services. - Communicates client needs and demands to senior management. - Keep records of client transactions and forecasts and tracks client account metrics. - Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. - Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service to multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines. - Study competition to find new ways to retain customers. Requirements: - Has worked deliberately on the global accounts. - 1-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role preferably in a SaaS / PaaS / FinTech organization (Mandatory). - Good understanding & working knowledge of the BFSI industry (Mandatory). - Has performed Cross-sell / Upsell in any of their previous roles. - Must have excellent organisational skills and pay attention to detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work well within a team & cross-functionally. - Empathetic has a customer-oriented attitude that drives results & achieves high levels of customer satisfaction. - Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability.
