A Smart contract lifecycle management via automated document creation, Online negotiation, paper-free execution & centralized storage. Roles & Responsibilities:. In-Depth knowledge of any B2B Corporate BFSI Product or Solution. Steering the organizational sales strategy across all associated members in large Bank (s) / NBFC.

- Responsible for developing new multinational banking clients in India and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the company every year.. Responsible for developing a sales strategy to ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.. To ensure deliverables are met within the timeframe of all the sales processes.. Continuous interaction with all stakeholders to ensure all the areas of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.

- Develops and maintains effective networks within the business community and industry.. Develop, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with top accounts and key client decision-makers.. Monitor management and other key changes within the client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with the client.

- Coordination with various departments and all related parties to drive the closure of business.. Mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in meeting individual & team targets on the basis of quality & quantity sales. Strong working knowledge of the companys products, competitive products and the market. Working with the cross-functional team to ensure the projects are implemented at high quality.

- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.. Requirements:. 10-15 years of experience in corporate sales

- Experience in team handling in BFSI/ Insurance/ any Corporate and MNC service/PSU clients. Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.. Key account management skills added advantage.

- CXO level interactions preferred. Exposure towards sales CRM tool preferred. Domain knowledge preferred BFSI / Insurance sector. Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders. Great team management, communication, client handling skills and with strong business acumen. Experience with a Bank or an NBFC and someone who has a good understanding of technology & analytics solutions in BFSI is desirable.
