US HR Lead
Job Description:
- The individual will act as the one-point contact for all our US employees.
- Responsible for HR Process Flow across employee lifecycle including performance management, learning, compensation & rewards, payroll.
- Responsible to ensure compliance, maintain turnaround time & ensure that company standards are met on an ongoing basis.
- Manage employee life cycle for the location.
- Prepare documentation for H1B, GC and the immigration related matters and keep track of the progress
- Responsible for collecting the documents from the applicants according to the H1-B Checklist and co- ordinate with the attorney for the filing the documents for the H1-B Visa
- New Hire Paperwork (i.e. Offer letter, Agreement, Federal & State Tax Forms, I9 form, E[1]verification, Insurance (if eligible), Direct Deposit Forms, Client Documents). Ensuring all the documents are in compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws.
- Responsible for initiating background check, reference check for the employee and Initiating drug test order
- Coordination with Payroll Team for effective payroll process.
- Have an understanding of Benefits related to different state laws.
- Hands on experience in managing HR operations.
- Organising employee engagement activities.
