Responsibilities for Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Connect periodically with the management to understand upcoming shortfalls - Set up process of requirement projection by considering current talent pool, sales projection, bench and joining pipeline - Work with talent management and managers to undertake job design and work force planning process - Work with managers to set up requirements, competencies and hiring process in advance for the upcoming openings - Proactively identify and source relevant profiles from internet postings, direct sourcing, employee and contact referrals - Identify and work with external agencies and independent contractors to expedite hiring on difficult to fill positions - Prepare and meet hiring projections keeping in mind the business constraints - Experience and exposure recruiting Big Data and Cloud technologies - Hands on experience recruiting on latest trending technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, Scala, Kafka, Cassandra, MongoDB, Amazon S3. - Work with vendors and company stakeholders to organize and manage hackathons to identify correct talent - Update and manage correct data on HRM software's to ensure historical context is captured - Plan and manage a team of HR executives to ensure smooth operations of the talent acquisition org Basic Qualifications - Grad or MBA (HR) or Post Graduate - 10+ years of recruiting experience, working in a medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environment (mixed experience in both agency and corporate is preferred). - Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment. - Diplomatic and a proven ability in building up effective relationships. - Experience of working with 300 - 500 Scale - Startup experience is a plus - Strong communication and influencing skills. - Ability to liaise with senior management both within the business and HR groups. - Knowledge of other fields of HR or business is a plus.
