Sigmoid is looking for Smart recruitment professionals who have hands on Experience in Handling B2B Sales and consulting requirements for MNC's.

Responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering from the Stake holders and supporting on JD aspects

- Conduct Market Study and prepare Market intelligence report

- Create a network, source, screen and Set up discussions with Suitable candidates

- Adhering to Selection process

- Conduct Salary discussions with candidates and rolling out the offers

- Handle post offer connects and enabling a seamless onboarding

Key Responsibilities: Understanding the JD and Market, Sourcing, Interview management, Offer discussions, Candidate Engagement & Experience

Requirements:

- Excellent Communication and Articulation skills

- Its mandatory for the applicant to have Experience in Hiring Enterprise sales and Account management roles in MNC's

- Deep knowledge and Experience in enterprise sales market

- High level of IQ and integrity

- Accountability and Ownership driven nature

- Hands on experience in conducting market intelligence reports / Data points

- Ability to engage candidates, especially at Senior Levels

- Clear understanding of Compensation Strategies for Sales

- Exposure in International Recruitment would be an advantage
