HR Manager at Sigmoid, Bengaluru Responsibilities: - Develop and guide the vision, strategy and daily operations of the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations functions to deliver strategic HR consultation and support to our growing global and diverse workforce. - Design and facilitate organizational design process to ensure organizational structures across the company are optimized for growth. - Create talent review and succession planning programs to guide the identification and investment in our people. - Coach and advise people leaders on issues relating to effective leadership and management of people and the operation of relevant leadership teams. - Develop knowledge and skills to reinforce the Boosted culture with leaders and employees. - Confidently consult and advise managers and employees on all aspects of employee related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies &amp; procedures, misconduct, terminations, and reorganisations. - Leverage coaching skills to assist employees and managers through development and performance matters. - Responsible for Employee Relations (ER) including strategy, standard work, audits and continuously improving our practices based on trust, mutual respect, strong performance, and accountability in support of the goals of Sigmoid. Required Skill : - A minimum of 9+ years of total business experience, ideally in areas of Human Resources and Organisation Effectiveness or other related experience is required. - A minimum of 8-10 years in an HR Business Partner, Generalist role managing HR. employee relations, compliance, employee engagement, handling grievances. - Experience managing HR professionals - Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities and an ability to influence managers/leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and employee experience - Understanding and ability to be highly productive and influential in a matrixed management environment - Bias for action, positivity and delivering results through a direct yet kind leadership style.
