- Sightsavers India has an exciting opportunity for a Branding and communication enthusiast to join a dynamic and high performing programme outreach and resource mobilization team.
- S/he will be responsible to work and offer support towards fulfilling Sightsavers India Branding & Communication strategy to enhance brand visibility using social media, developing media engagement and implementation of social and behavioral change communication.
Key deliverables :- Write content for the website which supports the need for fundraising-digital & offline, advocacy and programme.
- Work closely with graphics and web designer and ensure that the website is compelling and engaging.
- Update and development of content on the website, social media handles, our YouTube channel, Podcast etc.
- Respond to queries as sent by visitors on our website, to comments that are posted on various social media platforms and any media queries etc.
- Create a framework for content gathering
- Work closely with programme team and help them with their communication needs to address critical programme deliverables.
Qualification, experience :- Post-graduation in Communication/Mass Communications & Journalism
- Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in content development (ideally in an NGO environment, but not a mandate) and relationship management.
- Information management and good editing skills
- Excellent online communications, writing skills, good listening skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to work individually are common skills.
