Job Description: As a Product Analyst (Operations) in the healthcare insurance domain at Sift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our medical plans through batch quality assurance (QA), parsing benefit values, and summary of benefits review. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, monitor, and enhance the performance of our products, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct batch quality assurance (QA) checks on medical plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with US regulatory requirements.

- Perform parsing tasks to extract relevant health insurance data and information from medical plan documents (SBC).

- Review and summarize key findings from medical plan documents, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and software developers to troubleshoot issues and implement product solutions.

- Analyze trends and patterns in medical plan data to identify opportunities for optimization and functional enhancements.

- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to US stakeholders.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute insights to support product development and improvement initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare insurance to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.

- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the US healthcare insurance domain, with a focus on product analysis and operations.

- Strong understanding of medical plan structures, terminology, and regulatory requirements in the US.

- Proficiency in batch quality assurance (QA) processes and tools, with experience in data validation and testing.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

- Familiarity with software tools and platforms used in healthcare insurance operations (e.g., claims processing systems, document management systems) is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
