The primary responsibility of the Senior HR & Operations Manager is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's day-to-day and strategic policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.   Core responsibilities will include :   - Support and advise Senior Management on proper policies and procedures to establish in the organisation  - Manage succession planning and performance improvement with Managers and Senior Management during the bi-annual appraisal process  - Manage employee relation issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance concerns  - Ensure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines  - Maintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting  - Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate checks are carried out as per company policy  - Assist in determining departmental training requirements  - Ensure completion of induction, arrange required training, and meet & greet activity for new joinees  - Assist in the organisation of employee social events  - Promote and endorse staff benefits  - Assist and resolve team member and management queries  What are we looking for :  At Sidqam Technologies we're looking for an enthusiastic HR & Operations senior with a natural flare for excellent people relationship and leadership qualities.
