Business Development Executive - We are hiring to build a very strong team for the growth of our organization. To support that team we want expert people to get relevant business . We offer a very friendly and encouraging atmosphere for you to ideate and develop your skills.

You will be working with very qualified and experienced pool of people, who will guide you through for a kick start of your career. You will have to collaborated within the team to understand client's we have and business that will suit us. You will be responsible for getting business and meeting up our expectations for growing our company to an other level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling sale operations for achieving pre-set goals

- Cold Calling, maintain call reports and RFP generation reports

- Taking online and corporate presentations for clients and across team.

- Getting the RFP's from the client and responding to them in a timely manner.

- Interacting with the pre-sales team and work on the estimate.

- Presenting the estimate to the client and negotiating

- Getting the final signed contracts and initiating the project interacting with the client on a day to day basis on the progress

- Reporting to the Management on Booking, billing and collections.

- Interacting with key clients for mapping requirements, making

- Presentations and delivering need based solutions.

- Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate revenues for additional business.

- Coordinating with development and delivery team on clients need basis.

- Interacting with the delivery team for customer issues and addressing his concerns with a timely response.

Skills Required:

- Client acquisition

- Experience in Cold calling - International

- Skills in Sales and Market research

- Market analysis

- Reporting

- Effective communication with clients

Shift: US Timing (09 PM to 05 AM) / Indian timing (09AM to 06PM)

Industry : IT Services

Education : BBA MBA, BE - IT

Compensation:

As per industry standards.

Hiring Process:
