SIBIA - Head - Business Development - Enterprise Sales Function

As a Business development head, you will build the Enterprise Sales function and SIBIA. You will be responsible for driving sales in your designated markets and accounts, winning new logos and building long-term relationships with these accounts. You will represent SIBIA across multiple functions and business units within the accounts.

The ideal candidate should be a natural born hunter as well as the farmer with strong relationship building skills.

What Will You Do

- Develop business opportunities through dedicated prospecting across top accounts in the geography/ market.

- Develop a sales plan in conjunction with the management, execute on it and maintain a sales forecast

- Manage complete sales-cycles as well as nurture developing accounts

- Incorporate customer perspective, drivers, and product/service relevancy to deliver persuasive client interactions.

- Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure

- Manage prospect communication and Pipeline in CRM

- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts

- Ongoing market analysis to understand customer needs

What should you have-

- 6-8 years of quota carrying technology consulting sales experience, good if in analytics domain

- Over-achieving track record (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions.

- Must be a serious closer; know how to manage the intricacies of complex deals and demonstrate the ability to close all types of business.

- Previous sales methodology training, CRM experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.

- Understanding and interest of analytic solutions (products and services)

- Must have an entrepreneurial approach that is creative, passionate and approachable.
