Si-Creva - Business Associate

Our company is strategy and management consulting firm focused on delivering high quality solutions in financial services and infrastructure space. The company is founded by a team of ex-McKinsey Consultants. The team consists of professionals from management consulting, investment banking background and also comprises senior experts from the industry. The company is in a high growth mode and is working on several live projects.

We are currently looking to hire a Business Associate: Candidates with 0-2 years of work experience preferably with a consulting company

The work involves:

- Conducting research, surveys and interviews.

- Compiling and presenting information.

- Analysing statistics.

- Writing reports/presentation.

- Making recommendations

Other Skills:

- Good oral and written communication in English

- Report writing and presentation skill

- Able to think logically and objectively

- Analytic skill

- To understand the technicality of any subject/project

Qualification: BE any discipline with MBA (Finance)/CA/Bachelor

Work experience:

- Minimum 2 years in consulting, Equity research

Salary Range: 5-7 LPA
