Position : Executive Assistant to Director

Job Location : Kolkata HO

Experience : Min 4 years

Qualification : MBA from a premier B-school with B. Tech in Mechanical

Roles and Responsibility :

- To understand the business needs, Short Term & Long Term Expansion

- Plans/ Planning & Implementation of Systems & Process- SOPs, departmental functions systemization.

- Responsible for technical & commercial negotiation from the beginning, finalizing & involvement in the end to end Project (requirement, conceptualization, vendor selection & negotiation, issuing of orders to domestic/foreign vendors, material planning & procurement, Preparation of Project Budget.

- Co-ordination in preparation of feasibility reports, providing data and information required for the report for expansion plans along with consultants, working with the legal department for the environmental clearance.

- Review of the MIS along with the entire team at Plant with Management.

- Candidate Must have experience in new projects, plant /project expansion .

- Must be B.Tech in Mechanical and MBA from premier Institute .

- Previous experience in strategic or management consulting .

- Excellent Communication skills in both written and spoken English.

- Excellent graphical presentation skill.
