Job Responsibilities:

- Creating Sales and Marketing Setups in New Markets and successfully running them.

- Strategic market analysis and Business Plan development.

- Strategizing / Forecasting/ Implementation.

- Brand/Product Development and Management.

- Hire, Train, Manage, Mentor and Motivate Team.

- Build and Manage large Multi-State Operations.

- Planning, Nurturing and expanding the operations.

- Developing Systems and Processes for smooth functioning of operations.

- Enhancing market penetration through increased Retail sales & retailer

- Implementing innovative & effective CRM initiatives.

- Planning and executing Product Launches, Marketing and Sales Promotions Campaigns

- Team Building and Team Management for satisfied & motivated sales force.
