KEY DELIVERABLES : - Primary responsibility will be to ensure growth in ridership/bookings for Pune city - Create and execute a business plan for growing B2C business - New customer acquisition and old customers retention - Ensure high quality customer experience and coordinate with other functions of audit, training, operations and supply to ensure good reliability of operations - Create awareness about Shuttl in consumers - Ensure optimization of vehicles by building occupancy and defining right pricing - Explore new avenues of growth of business through increasing penetration, new office and home clusters etc. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : - 2 - 5 Years in areas of Consumer business, Internet Start-ups etc - 1+ years of handling teams EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduation from Tier 1 College - MBA from Premier B-School BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES : - Ability to handle pressure - Ability to manage teams and interface with multiple functions - Self-starter, ownership driver - Problem solving skills - Excellence communications skills
