- Drive revenue & profitability for all routes in North India by managing a team of 3-4 members
- Prioritise routes where occupancy is low for developing improvement initiatives
- Identify efficiency improvement projects by talking to multiple stakeholders - operators, travel agents, internal teams and through rigorous data analysis
- Gain end to end understanding of the business for developing these initiatives - Pricing, Agent sales, Customer experience, Online channel optimisation
- Ensure end to end implementation for all prioritized initiatives
