Shuttl - Senior Manager/AGM - Growth

KEY DELIVERABLES (TOP 5) -

- New business setup opportunity with the fastest growing business vertical - Inter-city division (Expresso) of Shuttl

- Drive revenue & profitability for all routes in North India by managing a team of 3-4 members

- Prioritize routes where occupancy is low for developing improvement initiatives

- Identify efficiency improvement projects by talking to multiple stakeholders operators, travel agents, internal teams and through rigorous data analysis

- Gain end to end understanding of the business for developing these initiatives Pricing, Agent sales, Customer experience, Online channel optimization

- Ensure end to end implementation for all prioritized initiatives

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (3 CRITICAL + 2 DESIRED):

- Project management experience

- Strong data analytics experience

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Btech./BE/Other undergraduate degrees from a reputed college

- MBA good to have but not must have
