Role : Manager, Product Offering

If solving complex problems in a start-up environment excites you, this might be your calling. You will be expected to collaborate on high impact projects, identify potential opportunities, design consumer offering, develop strategy and execute, think of ways to enhance customer experience and drive business numbers. You work will entail working with support groups within the organization to ensure your strategy is understood and executed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience post MBA from a premier institute

- Should have worked on two or more of the following aspects of a customer oriented business: strategy, product conceptualization and roll out, preparing the business case for a new proposal, P&L for an existing business, product marketing, driving multiple projects in parallel

- Prior work required idea generation, decision making and dealing with ambiguity

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously

- Adept at high level strategic thinking along with attention to details

- Quick learner
