- Manage all online channels for bus ticket sales to increase customer base and overall revenue - Identify levers &amp; run campaigns to increase &amp; improve customer ratings on different social media channels - Identify new data sources and online channels to increase customer base for Shuttl - Use existing data to design segmented campaigns for different customer segments, routes, etc. - Design and track various funnels, cohorts and other key metrics like Conversion Rate, Churn and Reactivation. - Work with analytics &amp; Tech. teams to build relevant revenue management products. Required Work Experience :- - Should have 3+ years of experience, preferably in a consumer internet company - Should have a strong analytical bent of mind with good understanding of data - Should have worked in a data/analytics/growth related role Minimum Qualifications required:- - Btech./ BE/ Other undergraduate/PG degree from a reputed college
