Manage and Improve the entire Customer Lifecycle for New and Existing Users using all available channels. 2. Improve key metrics such as Active Customers, Churn Rate, Conversion Rate, Reactivation Rate &amp; Cohorts. 3. Conduct experiments to find out insights around Customer Behaviour and use them to improve our&nbsp;offerings/product. 4. Coordinate with different City Teams to drive city specific goals related to CRM 5. Streamline all customer communications Desired Candidate profile : 1. Should have worked in a CRM/Retention role in a sizeable e-commerce/telco company before 2. Should be well versed/hands-on with analytics and marketing automation tools like Mixpanel/Tableau/Clevertap. 3. Should have lead teams of at least 3-5 people before. 4. It'd be great if this person has a growth hacker mindset and hands-on knowledge of database and scripting languages 5. It'd be great if this person has experience related to telecalling or outbound processes.
