Assistant Manager - Operations (Bangalore)

Key Deliverables :

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to multitask

- Manage Clients - Daily Operations via system, Daily Reporting, Compliance Tracking, Resolve Clients / Vendors queries on as-is basis

- SLA's reporting to management and clients

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.

- Ensuring proper documentation and timely follow up with internal teams and clients for issue resolution.

- Any other work assigned from time to time

- Willingness to work at different locations - both at client site and in office

Work Experience Requirements :

- 1-5 years of operations management experience

- 1-3 years of team management experience

- Good Working Knowledge of Excel

- E-commerce/ Start up experience preferred not mandatory

Educational Qualifications BE / Graduation Required, MBA preferred
