We are hiring "Assistant Manager - Growth" for our Shuttl Team. Please check the JD below -

Key Deliverables

- Making Shuttl the most reliable means of transport

- Identify gaps/areas of improvement across consumer touchpoints to ensure a reliable experience for the consumer

- Analyze data from different sources and identify root cause and actionable

- Drive improvement in key C-Sat metrics by working with multiple stakeholders to execute cross-functional projects.

- Design and Automate critical business processes

Work Experience Requirements

- 2-5 years- Experience

- Experience in consulting is a plus

- Project Planning and management experience is a plus

Education Qualifications

- Graduation from Tier-1/ Tier-2 college.

- MBA (Not compulsory) from Tier-1/ Tier-2 college
