Shuttl - Assistant Manager - BTL/BD

Key Deliverables

- Lead Generation via Networking and Cold Connection

- Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business by doing BTL at potential corporate & on ground by deployment of promoters.

- Take a solutions and consultative approach to ensure customer needs are accurately met.

- Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management.

- Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets as set by management.

- Develop new business relationships with corporate and agencies

- Manage and maintain a business pipeline

- Work with Agencies to recruit and maintain quality of manpower (promoters)

Work Experience Requirements

- 4 to 5 years of BD / BTL experience.

- Strong network in Admin/Facility

- Strong Agency network

- Business understanding & solving real world problems leveraging the same

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate from premier institutes.

- Post graduate (Desired but not compulsory)

Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
