Experience: 0-4 years

Role & Responsibilities:

Incumbent will be responsible for overall functioning of 1 - 2 housing projects i.e.Conceptualisation, planning, execution, IRRs and Profits

Coordinate with functional teams for planning and execution

Key Result Areas:

Net Profit & IRR of the project,

Smooth coordination within teams,

Innovation in concepts/marketing/construction etc.

Learning & Development

Product mix, Market Research

Marketing strategy

Construction Management

Cash flows management

Team Management etc

Competencies:

Dynamic and self driven professional with excellent communication skills

Flexible to adapt in changing environment, having innovative and analytical approach
