Job Description: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Treasury

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Treasury Manager in Real Estate based in Bengaluru. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, monitoring investments, generating financial reports, forecasting cash flow needs, and managing risks associated with the treasury function.

Qualifications:

- Worked in real estate for at-least 2 years (in last 5 years).

- Experience in accounting, preparing Monthly/weekly/daily MIS, preparing Cash flow Statements, BRS, interaction with banks

- Strong understanding of financial markets and economic indicators

- Experience in cash management, investment management, and financial analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to evaluate financial risks and make sound recommendations that support the company's overall goals and objectives

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
