About the job:
Channel Sales AM/DM/Manager
Job Description:
- Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing
team
- Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate
- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential
- Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team
- Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day
- Coordinate for the Channel Partner payouts post booking
- Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT
- Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market
Exp: 2 8 years of Experience
Qualification: Graduate/PG
Location: Bangalore
