Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote life insurance products through alternate channels such as partnerships.
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, financial advisors, and Co-Operative Bank & Partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for alternate channel distribution.
- Provide training and support to partners on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and sales processes.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize channel performance and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and maintaining a positive reputation in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in alternate channel distribution and life insurance products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in alternate channel sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in life insurance sales and alternate channel distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
