Position : Regional Manager - Acquisition, Point of Sales
Work Location : Indore
Job Description :
- Acquisition of new channel partners for distribution expansion
- Identification of new distribution partnerships include NBFCs, Coop Banks, etc
- Identification of partners with Point of sale opportunities
- Jointly work with other internal functions to ensure smoother empanelment and commencement of business
- Initial hand-holding of the channel partners on commencement of business
- Acquisition of new channel partners
- Manage Insurance business on daily basis by visiting points of sales in set existing relationships by meeting all concerned personnel
- Achieving sales targets from various distributors point of sales
- Monitoring the performance of channel partners Point of Sales & acquiring new channel partners
- Managing relationship and driving business along with Launching contest for channel partners (Brokers & Corporate Agents). Responsible for top line with the quality of business.
- Monitoring the various sales activities across the channel partners and ensure the smooth executions of the same.
- Monitoring the performance of channel partners Pont of sales in terms of New Business as well as persistence
- To launch R&R for the sales team as well as channel partners across the regions.
- Setting monthly, quarterly & annual targets for the team & ensuring that same is being achieved by the team.
- Build excellent relationship with all concerned personnel at point of sales and fulfill all service related matters
