- Execute operations strategies with operational excellence

- Ensure cost effective and customer centric operations process.

- Align operations to the business needs.

- Manage and monitor operational SLAs using defined metrics

- Plan and enable automation projects & Manage quality control and operational risks.

- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders on new businesses initiatives, processes and system requirements.

- Guide the branch operations to ensure smooth business process.
