We are urgently looking to hire a National Manager - Talent Acquisition, based in Mumbai, who will lead the Talent Acquisition COE and drive initiatives across the organization, reporting to the Head - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

- Devise organization wide recruitment and selection strategies by inducing best practices within the organization and act as trusted liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership team. Facilitate initiatives across the organization for creation of a diverse and robust talent pipeline to meet the manpower requirement for the organization

- Enable Zonal & Regional HR Business Partnering teams in devising sourcing strategies, oversee their recruitment deliverables and coach / guide / influence them to adopt the best hiring practices to attract top talent and recruit the best fit candidates on time.

- Lead the Leadership hiring practice centrally and ensure closure of positions within defined SLAs

- Design and roll out freshers / graduate hiring & campus recruitment programs

- Managing the Employee Buddy program and share the effectiveness with the Regional HR teams

- Identify, select, empanel and manage external vendors and consultants who can deliver required services to reach the talent acquisition goals for the organization. Establish proper performance review mechanism; and negotiate contract terms and pricing with such varied sourcing channels.

- Training the HRBP teams on interviewing techniques and behavioral event interviews

- Implementing the psychometric testing framework for mid and senior level hiring

- Regularly track key recruitment and selection metrics; and publish MIS / dashboards for the Management

- Manage the Internal Job posting platform to ensure consistency and transparency in the overall selection process

- Cast the budgets and manage execution within agreed timelines through multiple sources of hiring.

- Work closely with key senior stakeholders to plan for the upcoming requirements; and partner strategically with internal teams to understand key business objectives and create strategies to manage and deliver on organization's manpower goals across all functions.

- Driving innovation in the function to ensure better productivity and value for the organization

- Engage with HR and business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support the team.

- Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to the team and business.

- Create Success profiles in coordination with Talent management team to meet the goal of selecting the best fit candidates based on competency assessments

- Leverage data to make decisions and to influence senior business leaders

- Plan for a diverse workforce for the organization as per the goals defined by management

- Partners with Learning and Development teams for seamless integration of new hires into the learning culture and thereby settling down in their respective roles

- Perform ongoing evaluations of current process and policies to measure effectiveness and impact and manage continuous improvement initiatives

- Leverage business data, candidate data, employee engagement surveys, direct employee feedback, and best practices to learn from and take up improvements from feedback on the hiring processes

- Leading and developing a passionate team of recruiters dedicated to optimizing the candidate experience and becoming an employer of choice.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidates with post-graduation qualifications in HR/OD with 10 - 15 yrs. of rich experience of leading the Talent Acquisition team across the country. Experience with HFCs / NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services preferred.

- Energetic and go getter with Positive Attitude.

- Must possess an excellent communication skill to deal with complex situations.

- Planning and organizing skills

- Demonstrate the ability to apply analytical and logical thinking in gathering and analyzing data.

- Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders across levels and across businesses

- Strong analytical ability & eye for detail

- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence

- Openness to travel, as required.
