- Having Min 5+ years of experience in INTERIOR PROJECTS ACQUISITION (Commercial and Turnkey)
- Developing new business accounts to secure major interior contracts.
- Strategically prospect, network, and research future construction and interior project opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with a project team to create and implement strategic plans to generate business opportunities which result in achieved revenue objectives for the company.
- Participating in industry and community organizations.
- Continuously growing and developing your skills to lead project teams in selling high-end conceptual services to executive level managers and buyers of large corporations and agencies.
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities, coordinating with PMC (Project Management Consultants) and architects.
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Open business development dialog s with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build large strategic accounts.
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
- Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
