Responsibilities :

- Assist CEO in strategizing, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance.

- Work with the cross-functional team on critical projects that are essential for the growth of the businesses and ensure end-to-end management. Projects could include marketing and lead generation, eCommerce and Mobile app, digitisation, supply chain financing, branding, and communications.

- Work closely with clients to deconstruct the digital transformation plan layer by layer down to the most granular action plan.

- Assist CEO in digital transformation project management (PMO), establish target line and baseline, dynamically evaluate transformation effectiveness, and propose optimization suggestions.

- Develop and track key performance metrics for various ongoing experiments and projects.

- Managing strong inter-team communication and follow-up processes for the timely delivery of the project.

- Gathering data from various divisions and providing thought leadership and insights on key strategic and operational issues.

- Representing the CEO in low & medium priority meetings

- Provide stakeholders with high-quality delivery and explore potential business opportunities.
