- Market research through various mediums to gain complete industry knowledge in the specific B2B category
- Gain complete industry knowledge in specific category.
- Optimising trading by driving campaign and promotional activity to achieve sales
- Design best negotiating strategies, quickly learn on the job and work on quick on-boarding of strategic vendors. Reach out through call or in person to target prospective vendors.
- Help create the online catalog content to increase trade & sales
- Understanding company's internal operations, capabilities & targets and aligning personal targets accordingly resulting into sustainable growth. Maintain good long term relations with all the vendors.
- As the face of the organisation, help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Electrical/ mechanical Engineering background.
- Must be comfortable with a very broad role, self starter, out of box thinker.
- Tenacity to develop ideas & thrive in a start-up environment.
- Experience in trading on e-commerce sites will be added bonus.
- Prior selling skills of industrial / electrical products.
- Excellent communication skills
