Senior Production Manager

Role :

- Execute on promises made to client

- Vendor base knowledge

- Latest technology knowledge

- Awareness of competitor activities

- Negotiations with vendor on cost - minimize costs despite provision of superior quality deliverables for client

- Finalized Cost Justification to client

- Provide production feasibility feedback before final plan is developed

- Ability to provide innovative solutions to fulfill client/creative aspirations

- Ensure that constant development in production tools enable Showtime to be better than competitors

- Ensure acceptable profitability levels for each project

Responsibilities :

- Prepare pre-event materials: revised and final costs, copy of pro-formas, layouts, copy of designs, copy of all prior communication with client, list of materials required for setup, vendor delivery schedule, set up schedule

- Ensure a presentable and professional presence at the work site

- Ensure timely delivery of materials by vendor

- Ensure materials delivered are of required quality

Ensure quality of set up :

- Stage/backdrop/set

- Light

- Sound

- Other Infrastructure (banquet etc)

- Final set up matches creatives approved by client

- Smooth and cohesive event flow with no glitches

- Dismantling of setup in orderly and timely manner

- Ensure client fills out event feedback form

- Participate in event de-brief

- Event closing submitted with all necessary bills and documents
