ABOUT THE ROLE - CAMPAIGN MANAGER

We are looking for graduates/postgraduates to join our team and work with us in the Andhra Pradesh region, monitoring various political campaigns, conducting on-the-ground research, and gaining first-hand insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- You will be in charge of a specific geographical segment/constituency in Andhra Pradesh.

- Handling/coordinating with various demographic-focused teams- Hiring, Nurturing, Planning, Delegating, Monitoring

- Conducting on-ground research: In-depth Interviews (IDIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Social Listening

- Formulating reports that summarise insights gained from field visits, retrospective electoral data, leader comparative analysis, and so on

- Monitoring all social media activities to stay up to date on recent political events and hone the skill of suggesting actionable responses to any development that occurs in your region

- Build a repository of information over time which can be then used to identify voting patterns, trends, and issues

- End-to-end Campaign Management

- Maintain a thorough communication to internal and external stakeholder with regular updates related to work. These stakeholders could include your organization's leadership or political dignitaries.

Requirements :

- Has knowledge/interest in politics (especially Andhra Politics), including party dynamics, key players, and a nuanced grasp of major policy challenges in the respective region

- Analytical thinking skills

- Proficient written and oral communication with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

- Understanding of primary and secondary research

- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

- Ability to think big and to inspire passion in the team

- Open to extensive travelling

Mandatory :

- Native speaker of Telugu

- He/She should be a native of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and is willing to extensively travel across the state

- You must possess a strong proclivity for action and the ability to deal with ambiguity
