Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as the Head of Accounts and Finance Department. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a deep understanding of accounting and finance principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic guidance to the organization's financial decisions. Roles and Responsibilities : - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts and Finance Department. - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Monitor and analyze financial data, preparing financial statements, and reports for management. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. - Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management to support decision-making. - Manage and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process. - Oversee the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. - Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities. - Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Professional certification such as CA is highly preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial capacity. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
