The company has been started by serial entrepreneurs from IIT/IIM who have built, led and exited businesses at scale. ShortHills Tech offers end-to end solutions powered by Technology, Cloud, Data Analysis and Machine Learning (ML). Qualifications: - Good written and verbal communication skills - Business analysis - develop functional requirements, thinking through and solving for all potential scenarios, as part of writing clear requirements in stories - Data analytics - analyze data and develop hypotheses for improving the site conversion - Time management and prioritization - balance time between consumer and owner/internal tools teams - Project management - understand high-level roadmap and make sure everything is designed, ticketed, and planned in order to deliver on time - Focus on the customer - learn our customer personas and think with the customer in mind when writing stories. Understand user research methods and processes. Good to have previous experience in working with user researchers. - Technical acumen - can understand and document functional requirements as they relate to integrations with third parties - Experience in Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar and Content Square. Note: Nice to have. If no previous experience, training is required as part of the onboarding process. - 5 years of experience - would be great if this person has experience with CRO, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, and/or Stripe, but not required (3 years are acceptable) - 4 hours overlapping time with US Pacific Time (7AM - 11AM) Some highlights as below: - This person will analyze the user flow as well as the business and the system processes to write user stories - The person will work closely with engineering and QA to ensure development, test and delivery of user stories - The person has experience using data to understand customer behaviors and feature performance - The person has a good understanding of A/B testing. Experience in A/B testing is a plus.
