About The Role :

- You will manage data and processes for our Offline Sales team.

- You will work closely with Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing teams to optimize the revenue cycle, discovering opportunities, removing inefficiencies, and streamlining all revenue-generating operations.

Responsibilities :

- Driving strategic tooling, process & revenue infrastructure improvements to enable the next phase of ShopSe's growth

- Support the Sales team and other leaders with Weekly Forecasting, Monthly Reporting, Dashboards creation

- Mature the monthly and quarterly sales commissions process

- Drive program to consistently improve data quality to in turn improve predictability

- Apply broad subject matter expertise in managing project activities

- Determine & manage scope, develop and manage project plans, schedules and deliverables, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans using tools to drive sales operational excellence

- Collaborate with sales team in the market to increase visibility, prediction and reporting initiatives; Share best practices and make recommendations to business

- Implement change management planning to help gain buy-in and adoption at multiple levels

- Provide guidance on best practices and approaches to design and implement effective and standardized tool-driven dashboards and analytics

- Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions using tools available in the landscape

- Evaluate and plan activities to implement automation of manual data extracts and other manual activities supporting any reporting currently supported by you

- Create all required documentation on all projects using pre-defined templates and keep documentation up to date on any existing report changes and facilitate training & roll out of new tools

- Respond and resolve all feedback (all priorities) within the set thresholds

Key Requirements :

- 7+ years experience working in Sales / Revenue Operations

- Experience driving revenue operations initiatives spanning sales and customer success teams

- Minimum of bachelor's degree, analytics-based field preferred

- Project Management experience; Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to create and share dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from data

- Demonstrable experience in a role involving 'critical thinking': i.e., ability to analyze issues, make decisions and problem solve self-sufficiently, without requiring ongoing direction setting. Pragmatic decision making where exceptions are required.

- Experience in performance management ; ability to recognize key performance indicators, ensure ongoing monitoring and ability to collate information into clear and succinct management reports.

- Competence with reporting and information management & CRM tools, including MS Excel, SFDC, or similar analytical and information management applications.

- Experience in a role demonstrating excellent time management, able to analyze workload and prioritize time based on changing priorities.

- Task-oriented, with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand.

- Able to manage and handle conflict professionally, and to drive to resolution. Strong influencing skills with the ability to achieve results by leveraging resources not under your direct control
