Job Role:

- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers. Manages employee life cycle/ cross-functionally and build a strong relationship with the business.

- Lead and support the HR Operation activities on a daily basis and responsible for managing the entire HR-related databases.

- Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes and ensures adherence to HR related policies and processes. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

- Manages entire employee life cycle from on-boarding till the exit, focusing on Engagement, Talent development and retention.

- Accountable for Strategic management and overall operations of HR functions including new system role out, tools to improve performance and productivity.

- Act as an integrator to drive the implementation of policies, programs, or initiatives (Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, etc.)

- Participate in the performance management process with regard to goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews, and consequence management

- Acts as the performance improvement driver and invokes positive changes in the people management

- Design succession plans, role rotation plans and provide career development options for key talent and critical positions. Identify and prepare development plans for the key employees including Hi-Pots.

- Identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization in consultation with the Business Head.

- Proposes changes for improved employee engagement and job satisfaction. Actively participates in business discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization

- Manage various Projects of change management for necessary business transformations

- HR Process alignment with existing HR Policies

- Policy Making and reviewing existing.

- Compensation and Benefits Management:

- Lead and manage CB process as per business requirement and aligning with the compliance and Labour Law.

- Benchmarking business compensation and payout structure

- Lead the annual increment, promotions and manpower budget exercise

- Employee benefits, Insurance for all employees

- Employee Engagement

- Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing employee grievances/concerns etc.

- Participate with the domains in enabling a transparent and open communication environment.

- Support the leadership team in driving the desired culture and ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld at all times

Experience Required:

- 8+yrs of relevant experience, start up experience preferred

- Experience handling HR Business Partner and end to end HR Operations

- Strong understanding of Labour Laws and compliance
