ShopSe Sales team is currently seeking a Head-EdTech Sales to join its dynamic and growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress and learn from the best! ShopSe sees the future in its employees and this role will open many doors to a career with us!

Purpose:

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to directly acquire EdTech Brands and driving revenue generation from them.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

- Drive client acquisition and be accountable for revenue generation from New as well as existing clients

- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans in order to deliver month on month growth

- Able to work independently but within the strategic framework with good business acumen

- Conduct market research and identify potential clients

- Responsible for drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required

- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and partners

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business and drive volume

- Maximizing the revenue and margin through EdTech sales and achieve day-to-day and monthly revenue targets

Education & Experience:

- MBA from Premier B-School with 7-10 years of experience in Sales, EdTech sales experience preferred

- Fintech/Payment industry experience is preferred, startup experience will be a huge plus

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

- Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment

- Self-learners with high grasping ability

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets

- Keen Interest in EdTech/Fintech and related tech products

- A knack for sales and positioning our product

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
