Responsibilities : - Lead a team by example while also helping them to achieve their goals (Acquisition, business volume, engagement) - Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business and drive volume. - Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans in order to deliver month on month growth. - Responsible for the P&L of the assigned region. - Gather feedback from the merchant/customer and work with product team and customer service team to improve customer satisfaction. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients Candidate Profile : - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets - Prior experience in Retail, Consumer durables, Lending, FMCG is preferred - If you are an ex-entrepreneur, we are interested - MBA preferred but not mandatory. - A knack for sales and positioning our product.
