We are on the path of building better market for our merchants and customers through ShopSe platform. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase and to fuel all this, we are seeking Founders office role wherein we are looking for someone to share same passion with an entrepreneurial and hustle mindset to help scale the business.

Job Responsibilities :

- Built a strategic and innovative roadmap as per business requirements & plan new market entry strategies

- Break down roadmap into specific projects across functions

- Research and monitor industry trends and opportunities to leverage new avenues to increase the organization's competitive advantage

- Work directly with the Founders on existing business and agenda

- Drive critical strategic initiatives at the Leadership level, work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions & drive results through a rigorous data-driven process

- Manage and support select key initiatives - either independently or in close coordination with the Leadership team

- Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews and update on the status of various initiatives to ensure deployments happen as per the plan

- Design and implement review mechanism for internal and board reviews

- Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required

- Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution

- Analyze and report all performance parameters for the business including financials, performance analysis, budgets, and other functional parameters

- Ensure cross-functional alignment for implementation of business goals

- Work on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses

- Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution

Requirements :

- Preferably an MBA from a premier institute with 4-7 years of experience in startups/ consulting firms

- Someone who has a sense of what it takes to accelerate growth and achieve scale in an early stage/growth stage startup

- Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfort with ambiguity

- Someone who enjoys taking ownership, learns quickly and has a bias for action

- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Strong Analytical skills

- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities
