Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Product Manager based in Mumbai.
- The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, defining and communicating product strategy, and developing and launching new products.
- Additionally, the Associate Product Manager will analyze user feedback and data to continuously iterate and improve existing products.
- Build best in class digital lending/Consumer Finance product
- Managing partnerships and integrations.
- Building Product construct and Digital journey, pricing strategy, Marketing, legal and regulatory compliances.
- Play pivotal role in building Product Strategy Road-map for partnership with fintech/banks/NBFCs and emerging startups for various consumer lending products.
- Translating business goals into specific software requirements. Prioritizing software features based on market need analyses and company strategies.
- Prioritizing feature requests from software development teams
- Oversee many steps such as customer needs evaluation, product cost estimation, designing product schedules, creating product backlogs, and coordinating with all product stakeholders.
- Collaboration with technology and other teams for effective servicing.
- To identify new areas of growth and potential threats by market scoping and Industry research.
- Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of customers through data analysis.
- Own product right from conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, and launching a new product.
- Delivering PRDs and MRDs with the prioritized and impressive features and corresponding justification.
- Working with external third parties/financial institutions etc to assess licensing and partnership opportunities.
- Running beta and pilot programs for early-stage samples and products.
- Studying and assessing the competition extensively.
- Mentoring the product team and taking ownership and acting as a leader while considering team members opinions.
Prior Experience:
- Must have worked in building Consumer Finance digital journeys / Fintech / Financial Services Companies.
- Must have prior experience in digital lending/consumer finance, developing merchant and consumer journeys/flows and dashboards.
- Experience in building and developing digital loan and limit management module from scratch. (EMI - Card).
- Knowledge and experience into rules and regulations and various compliances in lending business.
- Experience in multiple Fintech and Brands management and banking partnerships.
- Created a smooth experience for customers by automating the entire process from login to disbursements.
Qualifications:
- Must be a B. Tech from a good institution.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in product management or related field
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodology
- Data-driven mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience with project management and product development tools such as Jira
- A degree in Business, Engineering or related field is preferred
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
